The annual meeting will be held Saturday April 2 at the back park (at the end of Silk Oak Drive).  All are welcome. Please come and be a part of our community. If you have lounge chairs, bring them. Get to know your neighbors!

National Night Out is designed to:
-Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
-Generate support and participation in crime efforts
-Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community relations
-Let criminals know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back

During the event, residents in neighborhoods throughout Austin and across the nation are asked to turn on their porch lights, lock their doors and spend the evening outside
with their neighbors, police officers, firefighters and EMS paramedics. Events such as cookouts, block parties and neighborhood walks will all occur simultaneously throughout the city and nationwide.

Please come out and take a walk and meet some neighbors.  We don’t have any planned events this year but some neighbors will be out in their driveways to meet new neighbors.

2015 4th of July Picnic

Notice:  This years 4th of July event is being held on Friday July 3rd, 5-8 pm.  Check out the flyer and read about the fun event that is being planned.  This is a great time to come out and meet your neighbors.

 

We are having round two for our neighborhood annual garage sale. Due to weather last week we only had 6 houses participate in the sale. We have more families who wanted to participate and this week the weather is suppose to be nice!!

Take a ride through Cherry Creek on Brodie Lane at Silk Oak Drive on Saturday and see if you can find some treasures. Make sure you check out all of the coves also!

Take note that the Easter egg hunt is on Friday this year.  The children are out of school for Good Friday so bring your children out to hunt some eggs and see the Easter bunny!
